Van Hall Larenstein Training & Consultancy has developed two software models within the RISC-framework; RISC-HUMAN and Vlier-Humaan. In addition to this software, Van Hall Larenstein Training & Consultancy offers support. Currently, a support contract is available for the following RISC-software products:
  • RISC-HUMAN
  • Vlier-Humaan


    • The support for RISC-HUMAN and Vlier-Humaan comprehends:
  • Helpdesk on content as well as technical features of the program (via phone, fax, email);

  • Maintenance of the software (download of minor updates and bug-fixes);

  • Access to discussion forum and FAQ at the RISC-website;

  • Reduction on training costs.

    • The Dutch model Sanscrit is developed by the RIVM since 2008 and available at www.sanscrit.nl. Van Hall Larenstein still provides the helpdesk and reduction in training costs to holders of a support contract of Sanscrit.

    Access to discussion forum and FAQ at the RISC-website
    Holders of a support contract will have access to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and a discussion forum on the RISC-site. To this purpose, holders of a support contract will receive login data.

    Reduction on training costs
    Holders of a support contract can receive a reduction of 5% on the training costs. The reduction is restricted to 1 training application for 1 person per year. The reduction on the training cost is not valid in combination with other offers or discounts that apply on the training. However, reduction for the second subscriber (or more) from the same company will still be valid (only if subcribed simultaneously and mentined in the brochure). Training for which holders of a support contract may receive a reduction are:
